ARTICLE 1 – Information to the Customer

a) To place an order you must be of legal age, and reachable by phone. We will not accept orders from minors of age, or without valid e-mail address or cannot be reached via the telephone line.

ARTICLE 2 – Object of the contract of sale

(a) The proposal of the contract by the Customer shall only be made through the internet, through the access of the Customer to www.shoppingtech.it.



ARTICLE 3 - Conclusion and effectiveness of agreement

(a) The sale will be considered concluded with sending the Customer an e-mail confirmation of the order.

(b) The e-mail confirmation of the order contains the details of the Customer and the order, as communicated by the Client, the price of the goods purchased, the cost of transport and the shipping address where will be sent the goods. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained therein and to communicate any corrections.

c) kydostore will not be held liable in any way for any data deemed incorrect by the Customer, if such data are compliant to the communication sent by the Client during registration.

d) shoppingtech undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way and in conformity to the reality of the product. Any inaccuracies or differences are not substantial between the representation on the site shoppingtech.it and the actual product may not be considered a breach of the contract. (e) kydostore undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days from the day following that of the confirmation of the order.


ARTICLE 4 - Availability of products

ARTICLE 6 - Prices

ARTICLE 7 - Right of withdrawal
